MSRA encompasses the devices that can be used to control or operate MAYTEC products. Examples include furnace controls, controls for vacuum or protective gas chambers, and process monitoring systems.

MSRA 74 controller

The MSRA-74 is available in a 6-channel version. Depending on your testing procedure, up to three temperatures on the sample may need to be measured. We will configure the controller individually according to your desired temperature range, thermocouple type, and measuring principle (three measuring points on the sample, three measuring points in each zone, measuring points on the rod at the top/bottom and center of the sample). The software for programming the controller and the adapter cable for connecting to a laptop/PC are included.

Use for high-temperature Maytec furnaces: Temperature, vacuum, gas, and volume flow control for high-temperature furnaces.

Inert gas control MSRA 456 - Table housing

The MSRA 456 control unit is designed for a regulated supply of inert gas for our high-temperature vacuum/inert gas furnaces.
The controller is designed as a 19″ tabel housing with 4 heiigt units (HU). It is also available as a 19″ rack version with wit 4 HU.

The controls and displays are located on the front.

Start-up controll - Table housing

For many applications, it can be advantageous to install the extensometer at the rear of the machine rather than at the front, where manual operation is difficult or even impossible. Specifically for these applications, i.e., where access is difficult for the user, we have enhanced our extensometers with the "motorized drive" option. The MSRA-101 is used for operation. Two limit switches in the device provide information about the extensometer's position via signal lights on the control panel.

Our engineers

In modern testing technology, high-temperature and vacuum furnaces are indispensable: they simulate exact extreme conditions for demanding material tests.

They thus form the foundation for development, quality assurance and research in key industries such as aerospace, automotive, electronics and high-performance materials technology.
