High-precision high-temperature extensometer up to 1700° in air
General information
- The system is supplied without a cable for the encoder signal.
- The system also requires a TF amplifier (modulator, demodulator, signal amplifier). This is not included in the scope of delivery.
- A mandatory accessory for motorized control is: A slide-in unit that controls the approach of the probe fingers via the internal probe attachment mechanism.
Characteristics
- Version “V8” with higher sensitivity / lower nonlinearity (compared to “V7”).
- Easy operation thanks to swivel-slide suspension and feed motor for probe fingers.
- Quick test readiness.
- Uncomplicated positioning of the probe fingers.
- Output measuring length L0 is adjustable (from 6 to 50 mm), and the sample positioning mechanism is simple with a "probe finger is well positioned on sample" start-up indicator.
- Cuff rings for adjusting the measuring length L0 not required on the tensile test specimen.
