High-temperature furnace
HTO-72

High-temperature furnace HTO-72
for material testing in air and a heating zone length of 20 cm
General Features
The HTO-72 high-temperature furnace is characterized by excellent temperature distribution, which is due to its 3-zone version. Each zone can be controlled independently, enabling precise temperature control, especially when an appropriate temperature controller is used.
The furnace is made more energy-efficient through the use of a lightweight, thermally insulating and asbestos-free aluminum silicate wool. Aluminum silicate wool more energy efficient. .
The housing of the furnace is made of stainless steel, which increases the longevity of the appliance.
In addition, the ovens are equipped so that measurements can be taken at several windows using optical measuring devices.

Features
- Double-walled construction – convection cooling reduces the outside wall temperature.
- The oven hangs on oven supports so that the oven can be fully opened.
- The MSRA regulator uses transformers to provide the required high current and reduce the voltage. Thanks to the lower voltage, the oven's lifespan is extended.
- Folding furnace. Fast and easy sample loading of samples possible.
- Durable embedded horizontal heating elements.
- Furnace bore optimized for a wide range of adapters and test fixtures without causing large heat losses.
- Lightweight and asbestos-free insulation material to minimize power consumption.
- Stainless steel housing.
- All electrical connections are made to the MSRA controller.
- Front cutout allows access to high-temperature extensometers.
- Uniform temperature gradient through 3 independent heating zones.
- Five feed-throughs for thermocouples, one on the right and one on the left, three of which are in the middle heating zone.
- Movable thermocouple arrays for temperature are available as an option.
- The opening and closing of the oven is controlled via the suspension.
- Upper and lower end plates with tie rod cutouts are manufactured to fit the test device.
- OFF safety switch when opening the furnace.
- 2 extensometer openings:
Front with longitudinal slot with front viewing window
Rear with cross-slot - for diametral extensometer.
