Inert gas control MSRA 456 - Tabel housing

The MSRA 456 control unit is designed for a regulated supply of inert gas for our high-temperature vacuum/inert gas furnaces.
The controller is designed as a 19″ desktop enclosure with 6U height. It is also available as a 19″ rack version with 6U height.

The controls and displays are located on the front.
The connectors and cable glands, as well as the circuit breakers and thyristor fuses, are located on the rear panel. The thermostat-controlled fan is also mounted on the rear of the enclosure.

  • Ultra-high-precision process input
  • Input resolution of 0,25 V
  • Very stable and highly precise
  • Support for the "Autotune function" for automatic determination of PID parameters
  • Creation of up to 60 user-defined programs
  • “Toolkit” blocks enable control functions that are otherwise only found in programmable logic controllers.
  • Self-correcting input circuit (INSTANT ACCURACY) that maintains the calibration accuracy of the device.
Our engineers

High-temperature furnaces and vacuum furnaces play an important role in testing technology. They simulate high-temperature conditions for various tests and material testing.

The application areas are essential for development, quality assurance and research in sectors such as aerospace, automotive, electronics, materials engineering and research into high-performance materials.
