Vacuum/Inert gas facilities

High-temperature systems with heaters made of refractory metals, suitable up to 1800°C operating temperature.

These systems can be used at temperatures up to 1800°C under vacuum or inert gas conditions. They are available in 2- and 3-zone versions and are designed in close cooperation with the customer (they are not standard products).

  • Completely water-cooled, double-walled chambers with a water distribution system
  • Customer-specific feedthroughs into the chamber are possible
