General Features
The front and rear doors can both be extended and swung open to provide optimal access to the test area. Force transmission is sealed via adapted bellows, which allows for maximum travel of the load linkage. The test machine couplings and the chamber itself are water-cooled to maintain temperature control over extended periods. These chambers can operate under an inert gas atmosphere or a vacuum.
For measurement technology, we recommend a MAYTEC high-temperature vacuum extensometer for strain measurement and the MAYTEC bending measurement system for compression and 3- and 4-point bending tests. These systems are highly customized to our customers' requirements, allowing us to adapt or redesign both the load rods and the component holders depending on the application.
