Below you will find an overview of selected vacuum and protective gas projects that we have implemented in the high-temperature sector over the past four decades. During this time, numerous specific testing and process requirements have developed due to the diverse demands of different industries and applications.

Based on this long-standing experience, three basic types of systems have proven particularly effective and have emerged as standard variants:

  1. Vacuum / inert gas systems, designed for a wide range of temperature ranges, enabling precise control of the atmosphere during the thermal process.
  2. Pure inert gas systems, which are specifically designed for applications where stable, defined and controlled atmospheres are paramount.
  3. Induction vacuum facilities, which, through the combination of inductive heating and vacuum technology, allow for particularly efficient, clean and reproducible high-temperature processes.

These variants cover the most important requirements placed on modern high-temperature systems in industrial practice, while also offering the necessary flexibility to precisely implement individual customer solutions.
