MAYTEC bending measuring systems (deflectometers) were specially developed for use in furnaces for temperatures up to 1500°C. 3-point, 4-point bending tests and pressure tests can be carried out with a simple mechanical conversion. We use LVDTs with a measuring path of 2.5 or 5 mm as displacement sensors. The load is transferred from the testing machine to the workpiece directly via the measuring device and via Al2O3 pipes (pressure pipes) to the supports or pressure stamps, which are designed as standard in SSIC. The measuring path on the sample is guided via 3 ceramic buttons through the tube into the measuring device to the sensor. We adapt the supports to your sample geometry and the pressure tube lengths to your furnace.

- Contact pressure of the rods can be continuously adjusted between 1 and 2 N

- Distance between the two reference rods is 20mm

- Resolution < 0.15 µm

- 4 variants: LVDT 1mm and 5mm travel, half bridge 1mm and 5mm travel

- Depending on the modification, up to 10kN load capacity at 1500°C
